- What is the CannaSpec Return Policy?
- General Returns

You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 7 days of receiving the item.

Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) are still in their original, unopened packaging with all tamper-evident seals intact.

If you are returning an item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind, we will refund you the purchase price, less the original courier fee, once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition.

If the return is due to misrepresentation on our site, we will refund you in full as soon as the item is received back at our warehouse.

- Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations regarding ingestible supplements and topical skincare, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used. This is to ensure the biological integrity of the products we provide to all our customers.
- How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please contact us via one of the following methods:

We will send you a Return Form to complete and provide a courier quote to have the product(s) collected. Once you have paid the cost of the return courier and we have received the payment, we will proceed with the collection and subsequent refund.

- Incorrect Items Received
If you have received an incorrect product, please email support@cannaspec.co.za with your order number and a photograph of the product received. We will verify the error and arrange to have the correct item sent out to you immediately at no extra cost.
- Damaged or Defective Goods
If a product is received damaged or appears defective, please email support@cannaspec.co.za with your order number, details of the issue, and a photograph of the product. We will assist in resolving the situation by either replacing or refunding the item, depending on the circumstances.
- Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. You are welcome to return an unopened product (following the policy above) for a refund, which you can then use to place a new order for the desired item.

Tender: All refunds will be processed in the form of the original tender of the order.

Processing Time: Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days of the goods reaching our warehouse.
